Terms and conditions.

These terms were last updated on November 3, 2026. They cover use of this website and a request for coaching. If you and Omruiz Coaching later agree in writing on paid coaching, that agreement governs the engagement where it differs from these terms.

Who offers the coaching

Mark Sanchez, a sole proprietor, offers coaching under the name Omruiz Coaching at https://omruiz.com. The practice is not a corporation and not a limited liability company. The office is at 1746 E Madison St #5, Phoenix, AZ 85034, USA. Clients are not received there. Phone +1 (480) 744-6945. Email information@omruiz.com. Hours for contact are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Arizona time. Weekend sessions are by prior arrangement.

What the work is

Coaching is live, by video, for adults. One person can ask for practice on a talk, a presentation, or a professional conversation. An organization can ask about practice for a team. In both cases the work is arranged one engagement at a time. The site does not offer a public class, a self-paced course, or a meeting at the office.

A description on the site is an invitation to inquire. It is not a promise that every request will be accepted. If a session is agreed, it is a live video conversation arranged after the inquiry. This website does not place that call and does not record it.

The work is practice and feedback on your material. It is not medical care, psychotherapy, or speech-language pathology. Do not use this site for an emergency.

A request is not a booking

The consultation form, or an email to information@omruiz.com, asks Omruiz Coaching to consider a conversation about coaching. Sending it does not reserve a time, create a client relationship, or set a fee. A confirmation on the form means the message was accepted for sending. It does not mean a session is booked, and it does not promise a reply by a particular time.

A session exists only when both sides have agreed in writing on the scope, the time, and the fee. The length of a session is part of that same agreement. The website does not publish a standing price or a fixed package, and it does not take payment.

Cancelling or moving a session

Once a session has been scheduled, give at least 24 hours’ notice before the start time if you need to cancel it or move it. These terms do not add a cancellation fee, a penalty, or a rule about refunds. Any arrangement about payment belongs in the written agreement for that work, not on this page.

No promised result

Coaching can make a talk more practiced. It does not guarantee a job, a sale, a grade, a particular reaction from an audience, or any qualification or certificate. The photographs are illustrations. They are not pictures of clients or of the coach.

Using the site and your material

You may read the pages and send an inquiry for your own use. Do not copy the text, layout, or name onto another commercial site, and do not present Omruiz Coaching as your own service. The fonts and photographs are used under their own licenses.

Drafts and messages you send remain yours. Sending them lets us read them, keep the server copy described in the privacy policy, and reply. It does not let us publish them as a testimonial or as an example of the work.

What these terms do not decide

The site introduces the practice and receives inquiries. These terms do not waive a responsibility that the law does not allow to be waived. A paid engagement is governed by its own written agreement.
