Cookies
Cookie policy.
One session cookie, set on the consultation page, and nothing else stored in the browser.
This policy was last updated on November 3, 2026.
When the cookie appears
The cookie is set when you open the consultation page. That page starts the session the form needs. The other pages of the site do not set it. If you never open the form, this cookie is not created.
What it is
- Name: OMRUIZSESS
- What it holds: an identifier for a server session. The session carries a security token so a submission that did not come from the form you opened can be refused. The cookie does not contain your name, your email, or your message.
- Where the browser sends it: on this site, for the path /.
- How long the browser keeps it: the site sets no expiry date and no maximum age. It is a session cookie. Browsers normally remove it when the browsing session ends. This site does not choose a number of hours for that.
- Server session: the matching session is stored on the server, apart from the cookie. This site does not set a fixed lifetime for it.
- Flags: HttpOnly, so scripts on the page cannot read it. SameSite=Lax limits when the browser includes the cookie on a request that began on another website. It is not a complete barrier. The form checks a separate security token as well. Secure is added when the page is served over HTTPS, and is left off on a plain HTTP connection.
The cookie is there so the form can be submitted. It is not used to advertise, to measure an audience, or to follow you onto other websites. There is no banner asking you to accept or reject cookies, because the site sets no optional cookie.
An inquiry is not a cookie
If you submit the form, the inquiry is written to a file on the server. That file is not a cookie, and it is not removed when the browser drops OMRUIZSESS. What the file contains, and how to ask about it, is explained in the privacy policy.
What the browser is not asked to store
The pages do not set analytics cookies or analytics tags, advertising cookies, or advertising pixels. They do not embed video, a map, or a font service that would set a cookie. Fonts, styles, scripts, and photographs are files on this site. The pages do not use localStorage or sessionStorage.
If the cookie is blocked
The form can accept a submission only when this cookie is present. If the browser blocks it, or if it has already been removed, write to information@omruiz.com or call +1 (480) 744-6945.
