What this website keeps when you write to Omruiz Coaching, and what it does not collect.

This policy was last updated on November 3, 2026. It applies when you visit omruiz.com, use the consultation form, or write or call using the contact details published here. If coaching later takes place, information from that work is handled under this notice as well. A written agreement for a session sets the coaching terms. It does not take the place of this notice.

Who operates the site

Mark Sanchez, a sole proprietor, operates this website under the name Omruiz Coaching. The practice is not a corporation and not a limited liability company. The office is at 1746 E Madison St #5, Phoenix, AZ 85034, USA. Clients are not received there. Sessions are held by live video. Phone +1 (480) 744-6945. Email information@omruiz.com.

What you send through the form

The consultation form asks for your name, your email address, a topic, and a message. Company is optional. If you submit it, the server records those fields and also records:

  • the page of this site the form was opened from, when that page is one the form recognizes, and otherwise the consultation page itself
  • a reference created for that submission
  • the time the server received it
  • whether the email described below was accepted for sending

The form does not ask for a government identification number, a payment card, or medical information. Those details do not belong in the message.

Email you send yourself

You can email information@omruiz.com or call +1 (480) 744-6945. Emails and phone calls are handled separately from website form submissions and used to respond to your inquiry.

What the submission is for

A completed form is used to read the request, to email it to information@omruiz.com, and to keep a separate copy on the server. The address you typed is used as the reply-to address on that email. The message itself is sent from information@omruiz.com.

The page confirms the request only after the server’s mail function accepts the message. Saving the file is not that confirmation. If the message cannot be sent, the form remains on the page with what you entered and points you to the same email address. The server copy may still exist.

The same checks refuse a submission that is incomplete, that fails the form’s security token, that fills a field people are not meant to see, or that is one of more than eight submissions in an hour from the same network. For that hourly limit the server stores a one-way hash tied to the network address, and the times of recent attempts. It does not store the network address in the inquiry file.

Inquiries are not sold, and they are not sent to an advertising or analytics service. The pages do not include analytics or advertising tags.

Where the copy sits

The inquiry file is kept outside the public pages. The email is a second copy, in the mailbox named above.

The website’s own code does not keep a visitor analytics log. The machine that serves the site can still keep the ordinary logs a web server keeps in order to run.

How long an inquiry remains

Information is kept for as long as it is needed to handle the inquiry, to carry on later correspondence, to provide coaching that has been agreed, or to meet an administrative or legal need that can be explained. No fixed period is set. Records are not deleted automatically.

You may email information@omruiz.com to ask for a copy, a correction, or deletion. Include the email address you used and the reference, if you have it. Before a record is disclosed or changed, we may ask for enough detail to check that the request comes from the person concerned, or from someone that person has authorized. Copies we control, including the inquiry file and mail still in our mailbox, can be corrected or deleted when the request is well founded, unless a copy is still needed for an administrative or legal reason that can be explained. Deleting records we hold does not necessarily delete copies held independently by other recipients. We do not promise that every trace will disappear.

Sessions that have not been agreed

This website does not place the video call and does not record calls. It does not take payment. If a session is later agreed, information from that work is kept for the purposes above. A recording is not part of the website, and it is not made unless it is agreed separately.

The consultation cookie

Opening the consultation page sets one session cookie, described in the cookie policy. The other pages do not set it. It is not an advertising or analytics cookie.

Children

The coaching is for adults in professional settings. The site is not directed at children. If you believe we have received information about a child, email information@omruiz.com, describe what you think we received, and ask us to delete it.

If this policy changes

If the site begins to collect something else, or uses an inquiry for a new purpose, this page and the date above will be changed to match.
